Would you like to be a delegate for 4th June 2025 NFWI AM?
24 October 2024We’re excited to start preparing for the NFWI Annual Meeting 2025, we want to invite our enthusiastic members to step up as delegates.
THE NFWI has confirmed one delegate will represent four WIs and we are looking for a total of 17 delegates.
Building on last year’s successful volunteer system, we’re looking for members eager to represent WIs to put their names forward.
If we get more offers for delegates than are required, we shall allocate places to those who were not delegates in 2024 and then randomly draw names.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday 4th June 2025. As you are aware, the meeting will be held online which will create some challenges.
Delegates have the option to participate at home or with the Federation Watch Party where they view the meeting on a larger screen with other members.
Please note that every delegate will need access to a digital device with internet access. This can be a computer, tablet or smartphone to be able to participate in the voting process.
This year it is especially important we get enough delegates to come forward as there will be voting on two issues:
- the proposed resolution
- changes proposed to the governing documents (ie articles of association, constitution) for NFWI, Federations and every WI.
